The Haven Hotel's dining room features dramatic décor awash in country French reds and yellows and elegant furnishings - an inviting atmosphere for fine dining. Each table is set with the finest European silverware and crystal, and candles give off a warm, romantic glow. A working fireplace warms the room in the evenings.

The Award-winning executive chef and co-proprietor James Cadmir offers a modern twist on very traditional Provencal cuisine. Classically trained at the renowned Ritz-Escoffier Culinary School at The Ritz Hotel in Paris, James presents two menus: an a la carte menu and a Prix
Fixe menu. James' wife, Victoria, is pleased to assist guests in their choice of wine for the evening meal.

The Haven's Restaurant opens at 6:00 p.m., Wednesday through Sunday. Reservations for dinner are recommended.
